Religious Conflict

This is a gallery of my photo montages that I called Religious Conflict. These images are born from my own childhood religious conflicts that started in childhood and continue today. The church has never addressed sexuality adequately in my opinion which has led to much angst when trying to do good in the world.

The photo montages show off the inner conflict between religion and sexuality and how one must reconcile these issues for oneself in order to be whole. Subscribing to a religion that denies a large part of oneself is not the answer so we need to seek peace of spirit that encompasses wholeness including basic needs, urges and desires.
